The New York State–Australia shipping corridor remains, to this day, one of the most logistically challenging routes in the world, whilst demand continues to grow steadily.

That is why we are excited to announce our freight contractor partnership with the multinational logistics giant DHL.

Our aim is to support DHL's freight routes across Australia's 6 states by the end of 2027.

With an initial capital deployment of $200 million, we aim to establish a firm foothold in Australian logistics as quickly as possible.

The capital will be primarily allocated toward the acquisition of trucking companies and truck repair shops across the country to keep up with the increasing demand.

We plan to screen more than 5000 local trucking and truck repair companies before the end of the first half of 2026. With an estimated 100+ acquisitions hundreds of new job opportunities will be created all over the country.
